One of the problems with electronic music is the lack of 'live' elements in a live performance. Often, apart from the DJ, the only live elements are the visuals. If you're lucky, there may be a vocalist. But one way to blow away the monotony is with a brass instrumentalist. A trumpet or saxophone player improvising over a house track adds a new layer and a new vibe.
This is Chris Lake's "Carry Me Away" with saxophone by Rafael PL.
Also check out Gordon Edge (he both mans the decks and plays the trumpet!)
